The neighborhood is the charming and historic Gobelins district, on the cusp of the 5th and 13th arrondissements of the Left Bank. All the cozy cafes, wonderful restaurants, boulangeries and other services you hope for are all steps away.

I provide you with my library of guidebooks plus my own booklet full of information to help you enjoy your stay: descriptions and addresses of the best local restaurants and wine bars, shopping, places of interest, handy web site and directions to all Paris sights.

I rent 17, boulevard Arago by the week or longer*. With the money you will save on meals out (since you will be able to prepare your own delicious meals in your own kitchen), laundry, internet cafes-- not to mention an extra room if you are bringing the kids or a friend, you can afford to stay a bit longer, non?
The rate for one week, with everything included is $910 (or 700 Euros). But every night after one week is billed as only $90 (65 Euros) per night! Just try to find even a single room in Paris for that price.
